Project Home and Heat are fully qualified to issue Gas Safety Certificates for properties containing gas boilers, gas cookers and gas fires. You will receive a reminder from our team 2 - 3 weeks before the certificate is due, and we will email you the completed certificate on the day the work is completed. We promise to make the process as easy for you as possible. All tests required for the certificate will be completed as non-intrusively as possible, and we guarantee clear and concise communication with landlords and tenants.
